Garda Pinot Grigio Brolo is produced with Pinot Grigio grapes grown on the shores of Lake Garda.
This wine has a straw yellow color, a characteristic scent of golden apple. The taste is fresh, fruity and harmonious.
It accompanies fish and white meat dishes, risottos and fresh cheeses.
Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany appetizers, even seafood-based ones.

Lugana Brolo D.O.C.

Alle Weine der Brolo-Reihe werden aus sorgfältig ausgewählten Trauben hergestellt; es handelt sich also um Weine von höherer Qualität, die duftiger und strukturierter sind.
Der Lugana DOC Brolo wird ausschließlich aus Trauben der typischen Sorte des Gebiets, dem Trebbiano di Lugana, hergestellt. Diese Mischung hat sich nur in einem kleinen Gebiet des Gardasees entwickelt und stellt eine charakteristische und besondere Sorte dar.
Die Farbe ist ein intensives Strohgelb mit Tendenz zu Gold. Er besitzt eine bemerkenswerte Struktur, eine ausgeprägte Aggressivität und Würzigkeit. Es ist ein frischer und trockener Wein mit einem intensiven Aroma, das an Blumen und Früchte erinnert.
Er eignet sich hervorragend zu See- und Meeresfischen, weißem Fleisch, leichten Gemüsegerichten und Käse. Perfekt als Begleiter von Aperitifs und Vorspeisen.

Garda Classico Chiaretto Brolo D.O.C.

Garda Classico Chiaretto Brolo
is produced with the typical grape varieties of Valtenesi: Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese, in varying percentages.
Its particularity is explained by the brief contact of the skin with the fermenting must during the vinification phase. This allows for the characteristic color similar to rose petals with ruby reflections.
The taste is fresh, with marked salinity that makes it particularly captivating. The aroma is very intense and recalls flowers and fruits.
It goes well with light and fresh dishes, typically spring and summer, as well as with white meats, fish, appetizers, aperitifs and delicate dishes based on sweet cheeses and vegetables.

Garda Classico Rosso Brolo D.O.C.

Garda Classico Rosso Brolo is produced with the typical grape varieties of Valtenesi: Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese.
The color is intense ruby red, it has a fruity aroma with spicy notes that recall berries.
Its taste is full and round, with a good structure.
It pairs well with red meat and game dishes, typical first courses, roasts and cheeses.

Garda Classico Rosso Superiore Brolo D.O.C.
Open half an hour before tasting. Serve at 18-20° C.
Grade 14% vol.
All the wines of the Brolo line are produced with carefully selected grapes; they are, therefore, superior quality wines, more fragrant and structured.
Garda Classico Rosso Superiore Marsadri is produced with the typical grape varieties of Valtenesi: Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese. The best grapes are selected, harvested and undergo a light drying in a room with controlled humidity.
Intense ruby red color. Broad and spicy aroma.
It has a notable structure and a rounded taste that make it particularly pleasant on the palate.
It is accompanied by a light wood flavor resulting from a brief refinement in oak barrels (6 months).
It pairs well with typical dishes of Brescia cuisine: spit with polenta, osso buco, stews and game with feathers. At the end of the meal it can accompany mature and tasty cheeses.

Garda Classico Groppello Brolo D.O.C.
Serve at 18-20° C.

Garda Classico Groppello Brolo
is produced with the most typical grape variety of Valtenesi: Groppello.
Its structure is full and consistent with a velvety, pleasant and enveloping taste. The color is intense ruby red with garnet reflections and the intense and spicy aroma.
The tannic background is rightly accompanied by a light almond aftertaste.
It accompanies first courses and second courses based on red meat and game, cured meats and well-aged cheeses and elaborate and substantial dishes.

Garda Marzemino Brolo D.O.C.

Alcohol content 12.5% vol.

Garda Marzemino Brolo is produced with Marzemino grapes grown on the shores of Lake Garda.
This wine has an intense ruby red color, a characteristic and strong aroma similar to the violet flower. The taste is full, pleasant and harmonious.
It accompanies dishes based on red and white meat, game and venison, as well as substantial first courses and dishes based on cheeses and vegetables.
